Jim Crumpley & Associates was founded in September of 1982, geared to national searches for technical, engineering, manufacturing and scientific personnel within the Pharmaceutical industry. Our mainstream clients are medium to large Pharmaceutical and Medical Device companies, with products ranging from Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients, to Finished Dose Pharmaceuticals and Biopharmaceuticals, and Class I-III devices. Typical search assignments range from Staff level, individual-contributor roles, to Vice Presidential levels. Salaries are in a general range of $70,000 to $200,000 plus bonuses, stock options, etc. All positions offered through Jim Crumpley & Associates are fee-paid by our employer clients and offer relocation packages.
